Patrick Joyce - CEO
Patrick Joyce is the Chief Executive officer of the
WorldVibe Entertainment Group LLC. Mr. Joyce has joined
WorldVibe from Logic Business Solutions, where he served
as the Chairman and CEO for the past five years. Logic
Business Solutions focuses on business planning, integration
of systems, and the development of the comprehensive road
map needed for proven corporate success. Prior to logic,
Mr. Joyce was instrumental in the creation of numerous
start-up companies, where he acted as both the Chairman
and CEO.
Mr. Joyce started his first company in 1989, while studying
business and economics at Fordham University. He has indulged
in diverse enterprises in the entertainment, hospitality
and real estate industries from the infancy stages and
grew them into muti-million dollar companies. To Mr. Joyce’s
credit all of those companies are still successfully doing
business today.
It is Mr. Joyce’s extensive and respected expertise
in the corporate environment that lends his in-depth knowledge
of financial issues, liabilities and risk-assessment,
marketing, sales and distribution to the Worldvibe Entertainment
Group. He has motivated the Worldvibe Entertainment Group’s
management team to break the growth barriers and aided
in the development of the mature company it is today.
Mr. Joyce’s unique ability to shift gears and change
management and leadership philosophy that allows Worldvibe
Entertainment Group to keep on the path of constant growth
and innovation within the scope of all of its companies.
Roy A. Sciacca - President
Born to entertain, Roy Sciacca has been entrenched in the industry for more than two-thirds of his life. A celebrated key figure in the L.A. rock scene as a; Club Owner, Studio Owner, Performing Musician and Producer / Concert/Tour Promoter.
His production credits include over 100 music videos
and approximately 400 live concert events and tour productions.
The 1980's served as the breeding ground for Sciacca's
entry in the big leagues. Launching World Tours
and large production concerts for major artists such as
Janet Jackson, Don Henley, Chicago, Alice Cooper, Alan
Jackson, Lee Ann Womack, Kiss and many others. Mr. Sciacca
also established Late Night Studios in 1986, a major,
full production sound-stage facility in Hollywood, CA.
Testing the waters in the Los Angeles club scene, Sciacca
owned and operated, Boy & Girls and M & M's, both
LA's premier nightclubs from 1987 through 1990. As an
independent promoter and a management-executive of HK
Management, Sciacca managed many world class artists and
worked with numerous concert tours and was active in the
sponsorship, marketing, and advertising initiatives associated
with those tours.
From1994 through 1996 Mr. Sciacca also created and produced popular concept tours for the Elvis Presley Memorabilia Museum World Tour and in 1997 through 1999 he created the 50th Anniversary NASCAR Tour. Adding to his NASCAR credit, Sciacca produced the entire entertainment production for the Inaugural opening of Homestead Raceway’s; Winston Cup Series, Florida in November 1999.
From 1997 - 2000 Sciacca co-managed with Egardo Diez,
the Latin sensation, MDO (the new Menudo) for their concert
tour and new record album.
Seeing the U.S Hispanic market beginning to erupt, Sciacca
moved quickly to capitalize on what would become the U.S.
Latin breakout artist Ricky Martin. Partnering with Latin
artist and seasoned tour manager, Mario Rivera, the new
team acquired controlling merchandising rights for Ricky
Martin. From 1999 through 2001
they road the wave of Ricky Martin's “Livin LA Vida
Loca” record breaking album (22 million units sold)
and sold-out world tours. With the overwhelming success
of Ricky Martin’s follow up album “She Bangs”
Mr. Sciacca established himself as a key player in the
worldwide Hispanic marketplace.
In 2002, Sciacca formed his own production company “Creative Licensing, Inc.” and diversified his entertainment holdings. Capitalizing on his vast experience, Sciacca structured three divisions within the company; Music, Touring and Film.
Music division - Sciacca & Rivera began to co-develop
the career path of Los Ultimos Heroes (the ultimate Menudo
generation). Currently Sciacca & Rivera are in development
of the ultimate international, world-cup style reality
show, “Batalla de las Americas” featuring
XM2.
Touring Division - Sciacca created, managed and promoted,
the mixed media world event “Velocity Tour”,
merging X-Games, Drag Racing, Premier Car Show and Major
Concerts held on multiple stages in one Venue location,
for a 3 day, 3 night, all encompassing extravaganza (A
Weekend Of Extreme Behavior).
Film Division - Sciacca produced the inspirational documentary film, The Seed of Faith (the life of Pope John Paul II) along with producing the accompanying soundtrack album featuring world renowned artist “Yanni” and several all original musical compositions.
Sciacca has a new feature film currently in development “The Devil Exists” and is in the preproduction phase for their theatrical release in late 2009 Early 2010.
In addition, Mr. Sciacca continues to write entertainment history when his film and television series premiers the first full scale use of exclusive, multi-carrier technology of SMS Text Messaging, in contests and voting on a never before seen, worldwide scale.
Mr. Sciacca is an internationally recognized memorabilia collector in the entertainment medium.
Mariano (Mario) Rivera - President
Mario began his musical career as a member of one of
the founding Latin “boy Bands” Karisma, recording
four albums and touring throughout all of Latin America.
Mario began working with the Latin sensation, Menudo as
their opening act and was chosen to act as their road
manager for their world tours from 1987 - 1990.
In late 1990 he relocated to Florida to study at the
Art Institute in Fort Lauderdale, but was asked to return
as road manager for the reuniting of Menudo for the 1992
world tour. From 1992 - 1993 he recorded as Mario Dee,
under a Sony Records independent label, boasting two international
hits, and toured throughout the USA, Central and Latin
America.
From 1993 - 1999 he toured internationally with Superstar
Ricky Martin as a valued production team member of the
Me Amaras, Maria and Vuelve tours. Credited as an integral
part of the production of the Ricky Martin - European
tour DVD along with creative editor and cameraman, Willie
Bedics (over 3 million copies sold worldwide). Throughout
the early part of the millennium he worked cooperatively
on the highly successful marketing and exclusive licensing
of (the sold out world tours) related merchandising for
La Vida Loca and She Bangs Tours with Roy A. Sciacca of
Creative Licensing Inc.
In 2003 Rivera & Sciacca began the reuniting of several former members of Menudo as Los Ultimos Heroes, prompting several live appearances and the recording of new updated, material. Rivera formed 5 Star Entertainment Inc. to promote the Nostalgic International Tour of the reunited members. As manager and production company for Los Ultimos Heroes he was given the opportunity to collaborate yet again with Creative Licensing Inc. to create a unique worldwide reality show, “Batalla de las Americas”, The Ultimate Menudo Generation, scheduled for the worldwide release in the Fall of 2008.
Mitch Abrams – Senior Vice President Operations
Mitchell Abrams began his professional career in the
early 1970's in the lighting industry, at age 13. Working
in a third generation, family owned showroom in New York's
Bowery lighting district, he moved from stockroom to sales
to design consultant. Purchasing Mid-Island Lighting on
Long Island allowed him to manage this family owned showroom
while attending High School, until college brought him
to SUNY Albany for business studies and later Nassau Community
College for advertising.
In the early 1980's he went on to manage and design Track
Lighting and other products for the Elias J Leiter Co.
in Bethpage, New York. He also set up their factory in
Taipei, Tiawan ROC. He honed his marketing skills by creating
all the advertising, display and merchandising campaigns
for the new product lines he was instrumental in developing.
Mitchell also hired a staff to package, distribute and
merchandise the national line, Leiterlites. Fluent in
the emerging computer market, he incorporated complete
computerization of the company to aid in national distribution.
He left The Leiter Co. to join Hargray Industries as the
head of Research and Development as well as Marketing.
Creating new product lines, computerizing the inventory,
marketing and outside sales staff he fostered the successful
growth of the company. The profitable expansions of the
company during Mitchell's tenure lead to their acquisition
by Illuminating Experiences of New Jersey.
Having no desire to relocate to New Jersey he returned to the family business and began to work in the evenings as a stage hand for local and national rock bands. From club bands such as Ninja, Twisted Sister and Broken Arrow to national acts; BonJovi, Prince, Pink Floyd, Ozzy Osborne, Van Halen and others, his experiences began to lead him to the world of entertainment. An accomplished musician himself he has played bass guitar with many prominent New York artists.
In the late 1980's he opened American International Modeling
and Management Inc. (AIMM) with photographer Jeff Flaxx
and talent agent, Noreen Picus (who he later married).
AIMM provided services from professional portfolios, career
advice and direction to interaction with booking and talent
agents. Mitchell was active in the in house creation of
press kits, live video production, and full recording
studio productions for the artists he represented. In
addition he has worked with Clay Hutchenson of Cove City
and 2econd City Sound Studios, Mike Barillie of Purple
Light Studios and Rick Ventura of Midi-Track Studios to
create multi-track productions for several aspiring bands.
Branching off to form ASP Music Management in the mid
1980's many of the bands ASP represented appeared in New
York's finest clubs, Zone DK, The Marquee, CBGB's, La-mours,
Kenny's Castaways, The Scrap Bar and more.
Never letting go of his love for the entertainment industry
he dabbled in small projects for years, Forming Creative
Multimedia Associates (CMA Design) in the '90's, an advertising,
website and graphic design company for diverse media projects.
In 2005 he began working on a feature film screenplay,
The Devil Exists, which is being produced by MJD Films
and slated for production in 2009. In addition he has
taken his marketing skills and experience in the entertainment
industry to forge new ground with Worldvibe Entertainment
Group in unique and original products and merchandising.
Camilo Bernal - Senior Vice President Sales & Business Development
Mr. Bernal is an accomplished and visionary Media Consultant and Senior Advisor in marketing, sponsorship and advertising venues, he brings over 18 years of domestic and international success in all facets of traditional and digital media entertainment distribution. His sound sales acumen has been recognized in the areas of service and product demand generation, multi-project management, contract negotiations, marketing strategies as well as the development and improvement of customer retention levels & relations. From closing multi-million television network distribution agreements on a napkin to establishing new revenue through the launch of value-added entertainment on mobile phones, Mr. Bernal’s seasoned judgment and proven market practices has brought him praise and recognition as the team leader for the organizations he represented.
Mr. Bernal has significant experience working with start-ups and Fortune 500 companies such as Discovery Communications, NBC Universal, Brightstar Corp., IDT Telecom, CycleLogic and mDialog. During his eight years at Discovery, Mr. Bernal held Managerial positions in Affiliate Sales & Relations, becoming the Executive Director of Business Development – New Media, accountable for the launch of new revenue-generating services for their portfolio of entertainment properties (i.e. Discovery Channel), including digital/interactive TV, wireless/mobile content development, broadband solutions, and pay-per-view products.
He played the lead role in launching “Discovery En La Escuela” (Discovery in the Classroom) in over 26,000 schools in Mexico and in positioning the organization as the first global media company to launch interactive TV entertainment solutions throughout Latin America, Spain, and Portugal by securing multi-year Agreements with DirecTV and Microsoft TV. Just prior to joining the Worldvibe team, Mr. Bernal directed Business Development for mDialog Corp., an n exclusive service provider to broadcasters and independent producers through their innovative, state-of-the-art, online video distribution platform. Their pioneering solution enables publishers with the best market prospect to distribute (encode/upload) broadcast-quality video content faster and easier – in high definition (HD) and sound, with leading technologies, optimized for online (PC, Macs) & TV (i.e. AppleTV) viewing including audience interactivity for the iPhone and iPod Touch users.
Mr. Bernal holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communications from Florida State University. Acting as a strong advocate for community service, he has served on the regional board of the American Red Cross and directed fund raising efforts for the Special Olympics. Mr. Bernal is a sought after public speaker, addressing such subjects as “Brand building Through Leading Communications Opportunities”.
Jon Sparks - Director of Worldvibe
Records
Mr. Sparks has served as the founder and President of Station South Entertainment since its inception in 1996. Station South Entertainment provides management services to music professionals throughout all aspects of their careers. Station South was built upon Jon's extensive management experience gained through his employment at United Parcel Service, where he was promoted to a management position from an hourly position soon after joining the company. At United Parcel Service, he successfully managed all facets of operations for one of their largest package facilities.
After a period of sales experience in the graphic arts industry, Jon launched Station South Entertainment. With his strong management skills, sales experience, and entrepreneurial instinct, he built a successful business and gained extensive experience in artist development, artist management, music publishing, marketing, sponsorships and music production.
Building strong relationships is another factor contributing to the success of Station South Entertainment. Jon has excellent relationships with key management at major record labels and their affiliates such as EMI, Sony/BMG, Warner Brothers, and Universal. He has also worked with some of the top publishing companies and their affiliates such as Warner-Chapel Music Publishing, Zomba Music Publishing, and EMI Music Publishing.
In 2005, Jon collaborated with MJD Films to produce 3 original musical compositions. These were utilized for the soundtrack and album for the inspirational film, The Seed of Faith.
During the past ten years, Jon has been instrumental in the success of platinum and gold selling records, top charting songs, major movie soundtracks and movie trailers. Today, Station South represents two Grammy winning producer / song-writers, one four-time Grammy winning mix engineer, and a band signed to a major recording label.
William Bedics
- Visual Media Director
Willie Bedics graduated from The Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale, majoring in the business of Music and Video Production. Diving into his work he became an editor for Puerto Rico Public Broadcasting for over 4 years.
He received an offer to become the Senior Editor for
Puerto Rico's most prestigious production company, Viguie
Films. After 4 years he started his own post-production
company specializing in providing service to advertising
agencies for television commercials, documentaries, video
clips and more. Willie added to his expertise as the Editor
Supervisor with “Super Exclusive” on WAPA-TV,
the number one television show in Puerto Rico.
Determined to be the master of his own destiny he formed
“Eject Music and Video Inc.”, a post-production
company to provide full service filming, editing and manufacturing
of CD's and DVD's. His reputation as one of the most complete
creative editors in Puerto Rico with total control as
a professional cameraman and a keen sense of photographic
composition. His creative use of music and rhythm combined
with video editing leaves a lasting impression which is
evident in all his signature work. Willie's artistic side
is reflected in his diverse graphic arts skills, evident
in his DVD covers, logos and advertising campaigns. Some
of the noted works include; Ricky Martin's- European Tour;
EPK's Concert Video Production and Logo Design for Los
Ultimos Heroes and Roberto Clemente Walker's video presentation

Javier “Cholo” Gomez has spent the last two
decades working the Latin and International Entertainment
Marketplace on a Global scale. His production credits
include; Luis Miguel, Alanis Morissette, UB40, Ruben Blades
and Willie Colon, El Retorno de Richie Ray & Bobby
Cruz to name a few.
“Cholo” was the brainchild and original creator of the extremely successful reunion concept of Ex Menudos. The tour spanning two solid years (1997 through 1999) of non-stop touring grossed over $14,000,000.00 and proved the nostalgia world of entertainment is not only unstoppable, but a highly profitable force. His joint venture with SFX, marked the first time the International Promoter powerhouse entered into the Latin Market.
